Entrepreneurship is RAW.

It’s real and it’s not always easy!

Admittedly, I've felt alone, overwhelmed and isolated in my own mess at times, but it's still a journey I am not willing to give up.

Sara is on a mission to help Small Business Owners get Untangled and ready for whatever is next on their success path.

To Sara, this means to get organized. Being honest and accountable with the business, getting it back on track. It's about balancing real life and working ON the business to be a strategic small business owner.

A corporate trainer in sales, customer service and leadership, Sara became an entrepreneur, then business broker, followed by 10+ years in advisory and coaching roles. She works with small business owners to take an inventory of where they are in their business today, and helps them build a plan to get where they want to be, including exit.

Sara is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an Award-Winning Entrepreneur, and is a Certified Business and Executive Coach. Sara got skilled at evaluating businesses to create customized solutions when she was a business broker and had to be able to inventory a company and sell the potential. Exit and Growth have similar needs and Sara has had experience in a multitude of industries including, but not limited to; SaaS start-ups, Professional Service Providers (Dental, Legal, Medical, Online Learning, Marketing), Home Care, Manufacturing and Distribution, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, Retail, Tourism, and Non-Profits, while communicating with all levels of organizational management from Boards of Directors, CEOs to front line employees.

A policy junkie, Sara picks up on the details and contract particulars. Having been President and Board Chair of several non-profit and charity organizations, Sara has extensive experience with strategic planning and Board Governance.

Adapting post covid from Innov8 Consulting, a growth face-to-face advisory/coaching model to an online training and coaching platform to reach more entrepreneurs. Sharing what she wishes she knew starting out, Sara is still on her entrepreneurial journey; learning all the way.  She understands the challenges that small business owners face and she helps clients to roadmap their future to make informed decisions and increase their business value while decreasing the overwhelming.

Sara is changing the conversation and getting small business owners talking and working ON their business, with a plan for their future.

Happiest when she is talking business, brainstorming big ideas and pulling together an epic plan... OR when she is getting an adrenaline fix on the ski slopes,  making sure her kids don't get to bottom before her!

So, why should you TRUST Me?

I've been where you are... I have the scars to prove it.  I have started and managed my own businesses from idea to exit, and I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of entrepreneurs, just like you,  through the good, bad and ugly.

Okay, here's the big one.  I am genuinely passionate about this. It's not just words on a website.  I am constantly impressed and amazed at the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and drive for betterment. It lights me up!

I see my role as an advocate for the business.

I've often said, my business was the child that would never grow up and leave home. Oddly enough, it was also the child that I neglected the most because it didn't always scream the loudest and it definitely wasn't telling me what was wrong.

Entrepreneurship is a balancing act. Life does not have it's own lane running parallel to your business and its needs. But, the business needs are real and you have the opportunity to choose to be strategic.

I am NOT going to sugar coat anything.
